    2 cups sprouted rye
    1 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup raw carob powder
    1 tablespoon Caraway seeds
    1 1/2 teaspoons Celtic sea salt


Combine ingredients in a food processor and puree. On dehydrator sheets, form the pureed dough into a loaf about 1 1/2 inches tall, 3 1/2 inches wide and 6 inches long.

Dehydrate at 90° F for 13 hours. When done, the loaf should be crisp on the outside and moist on the inside
