Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    5 cups old fashioned oats
    1/3 cup wheat germ
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup dry milk powder
    1 tablespoon cinnamon

    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup molasses
    1/4 cup honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in medium saucepan and melt together on stovetop. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until well mixed. Pour uncooked granola in large shallow pan and bake in oven for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir every 10-15 minutes to prevent overcooking. Cool and store in airtight containter in pantry.

Yields about 6 cups or 12 half cup servings.
