    .25 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1 tbsp skim milk
    1 tsp mustard
    4 hard boiled eggs whites
    1 hard boiled yolk
    2 Tbsp chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp chopped celery
    dash curry powder
    .25 tsp sea salt


yields 1 cup

1. White cottage cheese and milk until smooth in medium size bowl.
2. Blend remaining ingredients except egg whites with cottage cheese mixture.
3. Add diced egg whites to cottage cheese mixture. Mix well

  • Incredible!
    Fantastic! I didn't even miss the mayo and I could eat mayo on everything. I also added garlic powder, turmeric, and black pepper to mine, as well as substituted alfalfa sprouts for celery because I forgot to buy it this week. Delicious! Definitely going to try this with tuna like suggested. - 4/3/11
