    1 lb 93-96% ground beef
    1 medium egg
    1/2 can water
    20 saltines, crushed
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    minced onion, salt and pepper to taste


Combine ground beef, egg, onion, salt , pepper, crackers. Shape into 6 patties. Brown quickly on both sides. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour soup and water over top. Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

    I was surprised how quick and easy this was! Low fat, and calories! Even my extremely picky daughter loved it. She doesn't like ANYTHING that I make! Will definatly make again very soon! - 6/25/09
