Number of Servings: 4


    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original, 8 tbsp
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, strips
    Beef, top sirloin, 12 oz


Heat large non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add bell peppers & onions; cook & stir 6-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Transfer to large bowl; keep warm.
Add meat, garlic & black pepper to same skillet; cook & stir 3 minutes. Add soy sauce; cook 1 minute or until meat is cooked through. Add BBQ sauce; cook until heated through.
Spoon meat mixture into bowl with vegetables; toss gently. Serve over rice.
