Ingredients

    1 cup self rising flour
    4oz unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup drained canned blueberries
    3 eggs
    1 cup granulated sugar

Directions

mix all ingredients except blueberries till smooth.. add blueberries mix well blueberries will break up when mixed in, some will remain clumpy..

pour into 12 cupcake tins and bake at 400f for 17 minutes until toothpick comes out clean of batter (blueberry might stick to the toothpick if you go thru one).
