    2 LB London Broil Cut into strips
    3 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
    3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 Teaspoon Adobo or Garlic Powder
    3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
    1 Large Red Sweet Pepper cut into strips
    1 Med Green Bell Pepper cut into strips
    1 Large Onion cut into strips
    1 tsp granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp Corn Starch
    1/2 Cup Beef Stock or Bouillon
    1/2 tsp black pepper


Before cooking onions and peppers, slice a 2 pound london broil into bite size slices and marinate these in the Hoisen sauce, soy sauce, adobo and black pepper

Slice Red and Green Peppers into strips. Slice Onion into thin strips too. Put 2 TBS EVOO into frypan and cook the peppers and onions. Also add the 1 tsp granulated sugar. Once onions are translucent and peppers are soft remove from pan.

Add the Sesame Oil and the remaining Tbsp of EVOO into the frying pan. Add the marinated london broil and stir fry on high for approximately 5 - 10 minutes. Until the london broil is browned and cooked. Once juices start to form in the pan put the stove to medium heat.

Mix the cornstarch and beef stock together and add to the pan of beef. Once added, put the onions and peppers into the pan. Once it starts boiling return heat to a simmer, cover and let cook, stirring occasionally for approximately 20 minutes.

Serve over brown rice. (Not calculated in this recipie)
