Yummy low-fat raw dessert and so easy! Yummy low-fat raw dessert and so easy!

    1 mango, peeled, seeded, and sliced
    1.33 C raw spinach, rinsed and coarsely chopped


blend the mango and spinach together until smooth. Pour into cups and let sit for about 10 minutes; it will set into a delicious green dessert.
Makes two servings, but I usually eat the whole thing.
