Ingredients

    One Can Black Beans
    1/4 Cup Red Onion, Chopped
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar

    Spice to taste with:
    Cayenne Pepper
    Cumin
    Coriander
    Garlic Powder
    Turmeric
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Rinse the black beans and place in a mixing bowl. Mash with a potato masher, fork or pastry cutter (whatever's handy). Add the onions, oil and vinegar. Add anywhere from a 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of each spice to taste. Microwave for 1-1/2 to 3 minutes, stirring halfway through to mix things together.


Heat wraps on open flame or on dry hot skillet. Divide filling among all four wraps, add lettuce and roll em up.
