The texture to this is like a cross between a cheesecake and the inside of a cheese danish. Delish as a light breakfast- bake enough to where the edges get nice and brown (it creates a crust-like texture). Make sure you cool it properly before you cut it. Ingredients

    Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Parsley, .25 cup
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until blended. Pour into a greased pyrex casserole dish. Cool completely before cutting.
