Ingredients

    1/2 C black beans
    1/2 avocado, diced small
    1 mango, diced small
    1/4 C red onion, diced small
    1/2 - 1 jalapeno pepper, diced fine
    1 plum tomato, diced small
    3 TBL chopped cilantro
    Juice of 2 limes

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and let sit in fridge for 1 - 2 hours.
