    1 cup mashed bananas
    1 egg
    3 tbsp egg whites
    4 oz unsweetened apple sauce
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup whole wheat graham flour
    1.5 cups whole wheat pastry flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt


Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Combine wet ingredients in another bow. Mix together until blended and pour into a greased pan. Bake for 1 hour at 325 or until a toothpick comes out clean.
