    1/3 c butter softened
    1 c sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 c flour
    1/2 c baking cocoa
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    9 milk chocolate kisses


In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla: mix well. combine flour cocoa,baking powder and salt. Add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Fill paper or foil lined muffin cups 2/3 full . Place a chocolate kiss tip end down in the center of each. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until top of browine springs back when lightly touched
