Ingredients

1 c. white wine (alcohol content leaves, when heated in oven)
1/2 c. unsalted butter
3 tsp. minced garlic
1 lb. frozen cocktail shrimp, (already cooked, peeled & deveined)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour over shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes.
1 serving = 18 shrimp with 1/4 c. sauce (if desired).
