    1 large egg
    1/2 ounce swiss cheese
    1 oz low sodium ham
    1 english muffin, toasted
    cooking spray, short spray
    salt and pepper to taste


Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat, crack egg and cook how desired, top with with ham and swiss cheese cover until melted. Mean while toast english muffin.

Assemble sandwich
