    1 lb chicken breast, cut each breast in half
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp ground coriander
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 tsp turmeric
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp clove
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp fresh thyme
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped


Combine all of the herbs and seasoning in a large bowl. Add the chicken and oil to the bowl and coat each piece of chicken with the seasoning. Let the chicken sit for at least 10 minutes.

Grill the chicken about 5 - 7 minutes on each side. Let the chicken rest a minute or two then slice very thin. Serve as is or in a wrap.
