Ingredients

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
    1 can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup

Directions

1. Lightly brown chicken in a skillet (doesn't need to be cooked all the way through)
2. Place chicken and 2 cans of soup in crockpot
3. Cook on Low for about 6 hours or until chicken is cooked and starting to fall apart.
4. Makes 4, 4 oz. servings

NOTE: Nutrition information is for the "full fat" versions of the soups because I couldn't find the reduced fat information.
