Ingredients

    3/4 cup butter, softened
    1 cup Splenda
    1/4 cup molasses
    1/4 cup Eggbeaters
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 cups white flour
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 oz crystallized ginger, chopped coarsely

    1/2 c. sugar


Directions

Combine butter, Splenda, molasses and eggbeaters. Beat well. Mix dry ingredients together, add to wet mixture, mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Form into 1" balls, roll in sugar, place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake 375 degrees, 8-10 minutes
