    4 potatoes
    1 can healthy request cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup of white wine
    1/2 cup of water
    2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
    2 cups frozen peas and carrots
    1/4 cup light sour cream
    1/4 cup of land o' akes light butter
    1 egg
    salt /pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. thyme


Serves 4
Peel and boil potatoes.
Combine cooked chickenwith peas and carrots in a 9inch glass pie dish.
In a small bowl blend wine chicken soup,and water.
Pour soup mixture over chickend and vegetables.
Salt and pepper. Mix together.
Strain potatoeswhen soft.
MAsh potaoes with butter and sour cream.
Beat in egg.
Spread mashed potatoes over chicken pie.
Bake @350 for 30 minutes.
