    1/4 c flour
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Egg
    1/2 c chopped pecans
    1/2 c bread crumbs
    12 oz Orange Roughy, thawed
    1/2 tsp seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. canola oil or cooking spray (the calorie content is based on using a cooking spray)


1) Place flour in shallow bowl. Combine milk and egg in second bowl. Chop pecans finely; combine with bread crumbs in third bowl.

2) Preheat large saute pan on medium. Sprinkle fish with seasoned salt. Dredge in flour, dip in egg mixture, then drege in pecan crumbs.

3) Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Cook fish 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
