Tuna-Stuffed Potatoes Tuna-Stuffed Potatoes
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 smallPotatoes
    2 (3 oz. can in water)Tuna
    1 small Egg
    2 tsp butter
    2 tbsp Mushrooms
    dash Salt
    dash Pepper
    2 ounces Grated cheddar Cheese

Directions

Slit tops of potatoes and bake at 350 F. for 45 Minutes or until tender.
Slice off a cap on top and hollow out potatoes with small spoon.
Mash potatoes with fork and mix egg yolk, melted butter, tuna, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Beat white of egg until stiff but not dry and fold into potatoe mixture.
fill the Potatoe shells forming a smooth dome.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400. F. for ten inutres
