Introduction

Tasty tuna casserole with a little kick Tasty tuna casserole with a little kick

Ingredients

    16 oz pasta shells
    8 oz tuna, canned in water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup cheese
    1 can corn
    0.5 cup diced green pepper
    0.5 cup diced onion
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tbsp parsley

Directions

1.) Cook the pasta shells and drain
2.) preheat oven to 425 degrees and butter a casserole dish
3.) in the pot bring the soup and milk to a simmer
4.) 0.5 cup of cheese and the remaining ingredients into the soup
5.) Add the shells into the mix and stir
6.) Spoon the mixture into the casserole dish and cover with the remaining 0.5 cup cheese.
7.) Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until golden brown on the top
