Number of Servings: 10


    1/2 cup chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 cup flour
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon (Note: this is not in the nutrition calculation--I always use the low sodium)
    8 oz. carton low fat sour cream, room temperature
    3 cups slivered, cooked chicken
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
    1 tsp. chili powder
    10 flour tortillas


1. In a saucepan saute onion in margarine until tender. Stir in flour and add chicken broth and bouillon. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

2. In a large bowl combine 1 cup cooked sauce, chicken, 1 cup cheese, chilies, and chili powder. Mix well.

3. Fill each tortilla with equal portions of chicken mixure. Roll up and arrange in greased 9" x 13" pan. Spoon remaining sauce over tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
