Introduction

A healthy twist on a recipe I got in Florida. Very filling, easy to make and low in fat. A healthy twist on a recipe I got in Florida. Very filling, easy to make and low in fat.

Ingredients

    6 C low fat chicken broth
    1/2 C chopped onion
    35 slices turkey pepperoni, cut in half
    1 15 oz can navy beans, drained
    1 15 oz can great northern beans, drained
    1 box frozen chopped collard greens
    1 box frozen cut okra
    1/2 t garlic powder

Directions

Put everything in a pot and bring to a slow simmer, stirring occasionaly, cook about 2 hours. You can add more water if you like. You can also put it all in a crockpot and cook for 6 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
