Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

1 box of Whole Wheat Macaroni Pasta
1 can (14.5 oz) Diced tomatoes
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 jar (1 lb 10 oz) of favorite Tomato/Pasta Sauce
1 can (2.25 oz) sliced black olives
    2 lbs ground pork

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Brown ground pork, over medium heat, in skillet until the meat is no longer pink. Drain the extra fat off. (I even pour the pork onto paper towels and gentle squeeze excess fat from the meat). Pour meat back into skillet. Add in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, olives and stir. Cook for 10 minutes. Combine meat mixture and pasta in large bowl and stir. Serves about 24 (1/2 cup servings).
