    1 c Wheat flour
    .5 c flour, white
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp soda
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3-4 small mashed banana
    .5 c splenda
    .25 c applesauce
    1 scoop protein pwd (i used french vanillia)
    1 TBS flaxseed


Combine dry ingrediants, slowly add in liquids mixing well until smooth.
Pour into muffin pan. Makes 12 muffins
