Ingredients

    1 pound(s) whole-wheat spaghetti
    1/2 cup(s) reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
    2 tablespoon(s) EVOO
    2 tablespoon(s) rice-wine vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
    1 bunch(es) scallions, sliced, divided
    4 cup(s) snow peas, trimmed
    1 medium zucchini thinly sliced
    1/2 cup(s) toasted sesame seeds


Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until just tender for 9 to 11 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Meanwhile, whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, canola oil, vinegar, crushed red pepper, and 1/4 cup scallions. Add noodles, snow peas and bell pepper; toss to coat.
To serve, mix in sesame seeds and garnish with the remaining scallions.
