    1 bunch Kale
    3 large stalks broccoli
    1 medium onion
    2 cans low sodium chicken broth
    4 tbl. butter
    1 cup chopped carrot
    salt/pepper to task
    1/2 cup 1 % milk


saute all veggies until soft. add broth, boil 15 min. use hand blender or blender to make smooth. add 1/2 c. milk at end. Yummy!
