    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1 chopped jalapeno
    1 tsp canola oil
    2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
    1 15 oz can petite diced tomatoes
    1 15 oz can each rinsed and drained kidney beans, chick peas, black beans, pinto beans, and great northern beans
    3 Tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1 tsp italian seasoning (dried basil and oregano)


Heat oil in dutch oven. Add onions and peppers and saute until translucent. Add seasonings and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add in beans and allow to simmer on low for about 30 to 40 minutes.

Garnish with sour cream and cheese if desired. Not included in nutritional information.
