Number of Servings: 4


    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed
    * Thousand Island Salad Dressing, 1 cup
    * *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 2.5 serving
    * J.M. Smuckers Apricot Preserves, 11 serving
    * **Rice-a-Roni -Chicken Flavor, 4 oz


Set oven to 350 (to preheat)

Take 4 chicken breasts (no skin, no bone)

Place in glass baking dish

In a bowl mix: 1/2 bottle of Kraft Thousand Island Dressing, 1/2 bag of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix, and 1/2 Jar of Smuckers Apricot Preserves.

Pour the mixture on top of the chicken.

Bake in oven for one hour.

Start the Rice a Roni after 30 minutes to ensure it all is done on time.

Serve w/ Rice a Roni Chicken Flavor
