    1 cup coarse bulgur
    1/2 lb fresh asparagus, chopped in 1/8" slices
    2 carrots, tiny dice
    1 cup fresh broccoli, tiny chop
    1 Tbsp or 1 cube veggie bouillion
    1 1/2 cups water


Bring the water to boil and add bouillion. Add the bulgur, reduce heat to low, cover and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Turn heat off and set aside while you prepare the veggies. Bring a pot of water to boil and add the veggies. Allow to cook till tender-crisp, then drain and rinse under cold water. Combine the bulgur and veggies in a large bowl, add olive oil and Tony's, and stir to combine.
