Ingredients

    1 medium ripe avocado
    1/2 c. canned tuna or salmon
    1 tbsp canola oil mayonnaise
    Pinch of dried oregano
    1/2 small onion, finely chopped
    Splash of wine vinegar
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Drain salmon, mix with canola oil mayonnaise.
Add herbs and spices, blend lightly.
Slice and seed avocado, removing half of pulp for other use (i.e. guacamole), and stuff remiander of avocado
