Ingredients
-
8 oz ff cream cheese; softened
8 large eggs , or liguid egg substitute
2/3 C. ff Half & Half
1/2 C. Reduced fat parmesan cheese
1 t Italian seasoning (I used Emeril's Original Essence)
4 C lf shredded cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 jar Mild Salsa- low in Sugar and salt
2 C. part-skim mozzarella cheese
Legal toppings to taste (veggies, turkey pepperoni, canadian bacon, etc.)
Directions
Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth. Add half & half, parmesan cheese, and spices.
Spray 9x12" baking dish with PAM, Put the 4 cups of lf cheese in dish (I doubt I used that much, I just added cheese until the bottom was more or less covered), and pour egg mixture over it.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
Remove from oven and sread on pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and favorite toppings. Return to oven and bake until bubbly and browning. Let stand 10 minutes (if you can wait that long), and serve.
The crust is very un-eggy tasting (smells DIVINE when baking, too) and really "fools" your mind into thinking you are eating a deep-dish pizza. This is not finger food; you will want a fork and knife. Oh, this is AMAZING!
