    1 serving of LF Cottage Cheese (about 1/4 Cup)
    1 serving of Non-fat Plain Yogurt (about 1/4 Cup)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1-2 T. ch. walnuts
    cinnamon to taste
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    Splenda to taste


Cook 1 serving of Oatmeal (not instant)

Cook oatmeal. Add rest of ingredients in cereal bowl and mix well. Enjoy. Delicious!
**Can also add 1 chopped apple.
