    clean baby spinach - LOTS - MORE THAN THE LETTUCE
    lettuce of your choice - not so much (it hasn't got the nutritional value we want - well most of it doesnt'.)
    shredded cabbage- red if you can -
    green beans fresh uncooked chopped inch size
    radish if you like
    onion red is better
    matchstick carrots for color
    mung bean sprouts (found in the "organic section sometime"
    alfalfa sprouts
    english cuke
    seeds sesame/sunflower
    nuts sliced or chopped almonds
    lf cheese of choice (I like feta, or the 3 mexican low fat/carb stuff or parmesan)
    keep the mushy stuff aside (add into individual servings)
    Keep the cheese aside for individual servings
    washed black olives


Put the spinach and chopped lettuce into the bowl
Chop other stuff to the size you like and add it and anything else SB approved and you like.
This should yield enough salad to last a few meals.
Seal it tight, with that sticky plastic wrap. It works!
The point here is that you spend less time preparing and messing up the kitchen in the long run.
You will have quick easy salad.
You will have a totally great snack, ready on hand.
Us safe dressing! Low carb, low fat...There's tons of it out there.
When it starts to look tired, you can use it for stir fry veggies, (yes even the lettuce) Just cook up your meat and add the left over salad.
Make another bowl after 2-3 days.
