Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup shredded Cabbage
    1 cup diced Apple
    1 tbsp Shallots
    1 tbsp Cider Vinegar*
    Salt
    Pepper
    *Substitutes for Vinegar include: Cooking Wine, orange juice, apple juice, or even water in a pinch!

Directions

Spray pan with non-stick spray, preheat. Add chopped shallots, cook until soft, add apples. Stir until apples are soft. Add cabbage, cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook about 3 minutes, until cabbage is soft, but still crunchy.

This recipe serves one, but ingredients can be increased for more servings.
