    Mix together in large bowl:


    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 t. baking poweder
    1/2 t. cinnamon
    3/4 c. craisins
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts




    In smaller bowl mix:


    5 T. melted butter
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 t. vanilla
