    3 cups sweet potatoes, sliced and cooked(3 tazas de batatas, rebanadas y cocinadas)
    1 tbsp melted butter(1 cda de mantequilla derretida)
    1 tbsp lemon juice(1 cda de jugo de limon)
    3 tbsp brown sugar(3 cdas de azucar morena)
    1 tbsp Brandy(1 cda de jerez)
    1 lemon peel(la ralaldura de un limon)
    lemon wedge(gajos de limon)


1) In a fry pan, mix melted butter, lemon juice, and brown sugar. Cook to dissolve the sugar.
(En un sarten mezcle la mantequilla derretida, jugo de limon y el azucar morena.cocine hasta disolver la azucar)
2) Add sweet potatoes and brandy.Cover and cook for 10 minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender.(Agregue las batatas y el brandy.Cubra y cocine por 10 minutos o hasta que las batatas esten blandas.)
3) Add to the top of sweet Potatoes the lemon peel and mix.(agregue por encima a las batatas la ralladura del limon y mezcle.)
