    1 Lg. egg, beaten slightly
    2 oz. drained canned Tuna=in water
    1/4 C. diced tomatoe
    1/4 C. ch. mushroom
    2 T. sliced green scallions
    1 T. plus 1 tsp. WW flour
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    dash pepper


Beat egg and add rest of ingredients. Can add 1-2 tsp. of water if too dry. Shape into 2 patties. Cook until golden brown on both sides in sm. amount of olive oil or margerine
