Ingredients

    15 oz. container Part-Skim LF Ricotta Cheese
    4 serving size pkg. of SF, FF INSTANT Chocolate Pudding Mix

    4-6 pkts. Splenda to taste
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    FF, SF Cool Whip
    chopped walnuts (OPTIONAL)

    ****IF USING CHOPPED WALNUTS, REMEMBER TO COUNT IT AS YOUR NUT SERVING.****

    DELICIOUS!!!!! GREAT WITH SLICED FRESH STRAWBERRIES ON TOP TOO!


Directions

Mix the Ricotta cheese, DRY Pudding Powder (DO NOT MAKE PUDDING.....USE THE DRY POWDER ONLY), and Splenda well. Add several spoonfuls of Cool Whip to thin it out (approximately 1/2 container) Chill for several hours. Serve in 1/2 Cup amounts and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Makes about 6-8 servings
