Introduction

Ingredients

    Mexican Seasonings to Taste
    0.5 packet Ranch Dip mix
    4 Cups Chicken Broth (2 Cans)
    2 Cans Stewed Tomatoes (Not drained)
    0.5 Cup Bulgur
    2 Cups Frozen Corn
    3.5 Cups Black/Pinto Beans
    1lb 7% Fat Ground Beef
    12 tbsp Pace Picante Salsa

Directions

Take all ingredients, throw into large (bigger than 4qt) crockpot. Cook on high for about 7 hours (stirring occasionally to break up the cooking beef), then eat or refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor mixing!
