PHASE 2 & 3- MAKES 3 LOAVES PHASE 2 & 3- MAKES 3 LOAVES
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    6 eggs
    4.5 cups of Splenda
    1.5 cups canola oil
    1.5 cups water
    .5 cup applesauce- unsweetened
    large can pumpkin (plain- NOT PIE MIX)
    5.25 cup WW flour
    3.5 teas. baking soda
    1.5 teas. baking powder
    2 teas. salt
    1 Tables. cinnamon
    1.5 teas. cloves
    1.5 teas.nutmeg
    1 cup nuts (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 deg. Beat eggs til fluffy. Add splenda, oil, water, applesauce, and pumpkin. Mix well. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Mix nuts in if using. Grease 3 loaf pans well. Bake for 60 minutes. When done, turn out onto racks to cool completely. Freezes Well!
