Introduction

This is made with a mix from Pamela's products. Could be mixed with any fruit for your favorite taste. I used Gerber baby food and applesauce, but would be a yummy Pumpkin mix. Very Easy. Ingredients

    Pamela's Prodcuts WF & GF Baking and Pancake Mix, 24 oz
    Water , .5 cup or more
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    *Egg white, 1 serving (remove)
    Mott's Organic Applesauce, Original, Single serving .5 cup or 113 grams (remove)
    Gerber 3rd Foods Bananas, 6 oz
    Gerber Banana Mixed Berries 3.5 oz. Pack, 1 serving
    Vanilla Extract, 2.5 tsp
    Truvia Natural Sweetener - 5 packets or more to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into lined or greased Muffin pan. Preheat over to 350 and bake for about 12 mins. You could make 24 smaller muffins - I made about 18 and filled the muffin pan pretty much up to the top.

I also mixed in dried cherries, cranberries and chocolate chips in two of the batches.
