Introduction

This was my Grandmother's recipe and has always been a family favorite. It's a great way to add flavor to grilled chicken! The salt content is a little high but you can experiment with other seasonings to imitate the taste! This was my Grandmother's recipe and has always been a family favorite. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
    3 tbs Salt
    1 1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
    1 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
    1 1/2 Cups Vinegar
    1 Well Beaten Egg

Directions

Mix salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, vinegar, and egg in a non-metal container. (NOTE: Using metal has a negative impact on the taste!!!)

Soak chicken breasts in this mixture for 30 minutes.

Remove chicken from mixture and place on grill. (George Foreman's work great!) Use the remaining marinade mixture to baste.

Serving Size = 1 breast
