    1.5 lbs stewing beef
    4 red potatos
    3 carrots
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 cup water
    2 tbsp basil
    1 tbsp salt
    Italian Seasoning


Cut beef and veggies. Place in a roaster, Pour water and desired spices over top. Bake at 350 for one hour
Makes approx. 10 1 cup servings
