    2 cups cooked chicken, bite-size pieces
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 cup mayo
    Salt - to taste
    1/8 teaspon pepper
    1/4 cup bread and butter pickles, chopped

    OPTIONAL: Chopped chives


This one is pretty self explanatory.

You can also wrap it in a romaine lettuce leaf if you need a 'sandwich'.
