Introduction

This super moist (nearly) fat free muffin is super filling and absolutly delish! This super moist (nearly) fat free muffin is super filling and absolutly delish!

Ingredients

    4 C Frozen Blueberrys
    4 C Whole Wheat Graham Flour
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    3 whole eggs
    1 C low fat strawberry yogurt
    1 C unsweetened Applesauce
    .5 c Crasins
    3 Ripe Bananas mashed
    20 Packs of Truvia (calorie free sweetener)

Directions

I used large popover tin to make big breakfast sized muffins. We eat these as a meal really.. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350. Grease the tin with (if possible olive oil) spray. I used all organic and whole grain options. You should defrost the berries, and strain..if you want toss them with a little flour, this helps keep them from sinking down in the batter durring cooking. I also used unsweetened organic strawberry applesauce. (an extra shot of flavor) These are healthy and delicious!
