this recipe is figured out for one. i live alone. but it can be multiply to your desire. i also used it for tilapia white fish. this might go good with any white fish also. i am going to try it. i do not eat meat but i think this recipe might go with porkchops. if any one tries it please let me know.TY

Ingredients

    1.Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, 4 oz
    Potato Flakes, 1 serving, any flavor
    Parkay, Spray Margarine,1 spray, 4 serving
    Poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp or any seasoning to your own taste

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.Take any flavoed potato flakes, place in large bowl. Add whatever SEASONINGS you'd like.Take each CHIKEN BREAST, spray each side with butter spray, then dredge through seasoned potato flakes. Make sure to coat thoroughly.Place flaked CHICKRN BREAST on baking sheet. Sprinkle remaining flakes as desired over CHICKEN BREAST. Spray tops with cooking spray.Bake for about 20 minutes OR until cooked through.cook to your desired.
