    2 cups red leaf lettuce
    1 cup chopped tomatos
    1 avocado, diced
    6 oz. turkey breast, sliced
    3 tablespoons gorgonzola crumbles

    2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley
    1 garlic clove minced
    1 tablespoon chopped chives
    3 tablespoons chopped scallions
    2 anchovies, chopped

    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    3 tbsp white wine vinegar

Directions
