    2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
    1 large egg
    3 mushrooms (optional)
    green onion (optional)
    sprinkle of crushed red pepper (optional)


Bring chicken broth to a boil on stovetop. Add egg and stir quickly. Add mushrooms, green onions, crushed red pepper... whatever you like!
